A Wave of Change: A comparison between the Arab Spring and Social Movements in Latin America

Please join us for a panel and discussion focusing on the recent wave of social movements and civil unrest in Latin America and the Middle East. Speakers will discuss their recent work on social movements in the regions and the implications for the future civil participation. After brief presentations, the audience will be invited to ask the panelists questions and direct the discussion.
