Facilitator Doug Hensch is an Executive Coach, Corporate Trainer, and Consultant with Brad Sterl and Associates. His coaching and workshops include topics such as leadership, management, coaching, communication and resilience, to name a few. He recently published his first book, Positively Resilient - 5 1/2 Secrets to Beats Stress, Overcome Obstacles and Defeat Anxiety.

Rethinking your Conversations, is designed to help you navigate the choppy waters of conversation. In this workshop, Doug will help you plan, execute and follow up on your most important discussions. The class is designed to be practical and participative. The goal is to help you walk away with new, simple, research-backed tools to make you and those you work with more effective.

**There is a $90 materials and facilitation fee for this event which will be charged directly to the registrant's cost center. A Workshop fee will be incurred for all registration not canceled at least 72 hours before workshop
