CHALLENGING CONVERSATION

In the workplace, we’ve all had challenging conversations; perhaps one we dreaded or one we were surprised by. It may have been about a performance issue, a personal issue or having to share “bad news.” No matter what the issue, and no matter how challenging we perceive them to be, we must have these conversations so it’s important we learn how to handle them.

This workshop will give you ways to approach, manage and end difficult conversations for the best possible results. The following topics and conversations are addressed and practiced in this program:

• Timing is everything

• How to stay neutral & on-track

• Dealing with performance issues

• Dealing with personal issues

• Dealing with emotional issues

Please note that there is a $90 materials and facilitation fee for this event which will be charged directly to the registrant's cost center. A Workshop fee will be incurred for all registration not canceled at least 72 hours before workshop
