The Center for Security Studies is hosting an all-day conference on the most-hyped and least-understood intelligence function: covert action. Scholarly, practitioner, and policymaker perspectives will be offered and debated, with the goal of increasing understanding and charting a path toward a more informed discourse and policy process.
