Creative Writing and Mindful Movement
You are registering for a series that will run throughout the Fall Semester. Classes are held monthly: September 26, October 24, November 21 and December 19. 12 - 12:50pm.
In this monthly class we will explore moving meditation and mindful writing exercises as self-care practices, to increase self-awareness, to help bring more mental and emotional clarity, and to allow more ease with stressors in daily life. To encourage a kinder, gentler way of being aware of their surroundings, internally and externally, participants will experience both moving and still meditations, participate in writing prompts and sensory writing, as well as contemplative reflection. Led by instructor Ann Duvall.
