Film Screening- 82 Names: Syria, Please Don't Forget Us

Join us for #82Names, a film screening co-sponsored by Georgetown's Center for Social Justice and MA Program in Conflict Resolution Program in partnership with the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum.

#82Names is an inspiring documentary that traces the journey of Mansour Omari, a survivor of torture and imprisonment in Syria and his quest to bring attention to the brutal regime he escaped. Join us at the ICC Auditorium on Monday, October 1, and learn more about the deadly conflict in Syria and how we can counter extremist ideologies.

Following the screening, Professor Laia Balcells of the Conflict Resolution Program will lead a conversation with both Maziar Bahari, the film's Director, and a representative of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum.

Doors open at 6:30 PM. The screening starts at 7:00 PM.
