Georgetown Writes: Truth in the Media

On Wednesday, October 11, join the Georgetown University Library Associates for the fourth Georgetown Writes program, featuring alumni discussing their experiences and careers within their chosen field.

This year's program is in partnership with the Georgetown Entertainment Media Alliance and Hoyas in Letters, an alumni initiative that connects and engages members of the Georgetown community who are passionate about words and the power of writing. Alumnae Allison Gilbert Weintraub (C’92) and Moira Bailey (C’ 80) have organized Hoyas in Letters to reflect the changing landscape of various industries when it comes to the written word – newspapers, magazines, digital and social media, screenwriting, and of course, book publishing.
