GU Aging and Health Program: Secrets of the Blue Zones Kitchen

Building on decades of research, longevity expert and best-selling author Dan Buettner debuts his first cookbook—a blend of National Geographic photography, 100 recipes inspired by the Blue Zones, and the science that explains why certain foods make you healthy. Find out from Dan what makes these communities so special, then sample food and beverages from the innovative, life-affirming recipes featured in the book during a reception following the talk.

Please email aging@georgetown.edu for details about a special meet-and-greet prior to the event.

Ticket includes wine. Dan Buettner’s new cookbook, The Blue Zones Kitchen: 100 Recipes to Live to 100, will be available for purchase. Get your copy signed at the event.
