GU Aging and Health Seminar | Topics in Nursing Home Industry by Dr. Sean Huang

This talk will cover the background, environments, and issues related to the costs and quality of the U.S. nursing home sector.

Dr. Sean Huang is an associate professor at the Department of Health Systems Administration, Georgetown University. He is a Health Economist by training and received his PhD at the University of Michigan. His research focuses on the management and regulation of healthcare
organizations, including hospitals, nursing homes, and home health agencies. Dr. Huang’s research on nursing homes has appeared in media outlets including Bloomberg, CBS News, Fox Business News, U.S. News, and McKnight's Long-Term Care News.
