Opus Prize Awards Ceremony

The $1 million Opus Prize honors unsung heroes of any faith tradition, anywhere in the world, solving today's most persistent social problems. Georgetown University and the Opus Prize Foundation will host the tenth annual Opus Prize awards ceremony. This year's finalists are: the Fahmina Institute in Indonesia; Sr. Carol Keehan, president of the Catholic Health Association in Washington, DC; and Sakena Yacoobi, founder of the Afghan Institute of Learning in Afghanistan.
