Performance Review Seminar for Staff
Performance Reviews will be due soon, and in response to your suggestions we have made changes to the Performance Review Form and Self-Assessment Form that make them easier for both managers and staff to navigate through the annual review process. We have created a new, clearer, and more efficient Self-Assessment Form for employees. The Self-Evaluation Form is now its own separate form, better suited for the self-assessment process. The new form is shorter and has been designed to simplify the process for employees and provide more meaningful information to managers. To assist managers in providing more complete and informative assessments, we have also revised the Performance Evaluation Form. The new form provides clearer definitions to help explain each of the performance categories and increases the number of rating options from three to five, providing a broader and more comprehensive grading scale for more accurate assessments.
