Performance Review Seminar for Staff

Performance Reviews will be due soon! The Performance Review process has been designed to be a simple and informative process for both managers and employees.
All reviews must be completed by managers, signed by the employee, manager, and department head, and emailed to no later than May 31, 2018. Managers should promptly initiate performance assessment conversations with their employees in order to ensure the timely completion of the process.
Information sessions on the Performance Review Process for managers and employees who are not familiar with the appraisal process at Georgetown University, or who would like to be updated on the process are available now.Sign up for one of the sessions to learn or refresh your knowledge about the requirements, how to navigate through the process successfully, how to write clear goals and how to use the required discussions to help employees develop and be successful in their position.
