Permanent Residency Workshop

The Office of Global Services is hosting a Permanent Residency Workshop. This workshop will focus on the process of applying for employment-based permanent residency, with a specific focus on the two self-sponsored green card categories, the National Interest Waiver and Extraordinary Ability.  We will spend time on the requirements for each application, the types of documentation needed, how USCIS reviews and adjudicates the applications, and the processes for filing. We will also touch upon some related issues such as the current visa backlogs for certain countries. There will also be time for question and answer at the end of the program. Presented by Adam Frank of Leavy, Frank, & Delaney, LLC-
