Post-Baby Workplace Transitions: Strategies for New Moms and Employers
Having a baby and going back to work can throw anyone's life off kilter. If you're an expectant or new mom, join this webinar to learn practical and effective strategies for planning your return to work after maternity leave, so that you can ease your concerns and fears about the transition, focus on your baby, and make calm, thoughtful choices.
If you are an employer, join us to explore the primary concerns of expectant and new parent employees and strategies to help employees and their managers plan for a successful leave and return.
• Creating a mindful mindset for return
• Mapping out logistics (including child care, pumping and not pumping, sick days, and dealing with the unexpected)
• Turning leave into a leadership opportunity at work
• Building supportive communities to help new moms with the return to work.
This webinar is for anyone currently expecting a baby, anyone on maternity or paternity leave, or anyone within the first several months of returning to work. Experienced returning parents also welcome – there are always things that could go better about a return to work the second (or third, or fourth) time around. The webinar is also for employers interested in learning strategies to retain new parent employees.
