March 25 is Belarusian Freedom Day, commemorating the founding in 1918 of the short-lived Belarusian Democratic Republic. On this holiday, join Professionals in Russian, Eastern European and Eurasian Affairs (PREEA) for a discussion on the role of democracy and human rights in U.S. foreign policy toward Belarus.  Lunch will be served.  Featured speakers will include:
