WHO: Food Tank, in partnership with The George Washington University and the World Resources Institute, will be convening more than three dozen food and agriculture experts in Washington, DC for a major one-day Summit.

 

WHEN: Thursday, February 2, 2017 from 9am-5pm EST 

 

WHERE: The Food Tank Summit is being held at the Jack Morton Auditorium (805 21st Street Northwest, Washington, DC 20052) on February 2, 2017 from 9am-5pm with a reception/dinner at Restaurant Nora (2132 Florida Ave NW, Washington, DC 20008) that evening.

 

The 2017 Food Tank DC Summit features more than three dozen speakers from the food and agriculture field, including researchers, farmers, chefs, policy makers, and government officials. The Summit will feature interactive panels moderated by top food journalists, networking, and delicious food.  Speakers will be announced soon!

 

This is the first in a series of Summits in 2017 which will bring together some of the world’s most impactful food system leaders. Last year, the Food Tank Summits sold out and drew in more than 30,000 livestream viewers. This is a can’t miss event for 2017!

 

Following the event, attendees are invited to a special reception and three-course dinner held at America’s First Organic Restaurant, Restaurant Nora (2132 Florida Ave NW, Washington, DC 20008).

The Summit. Includes the entire Food Tank Summit (breakfast and lunch included). 35+ incredible speakers held at The George Washington University in partnership with the Worlds Resources Institute. The Summit ticket also includes entry to the reception at Restaurant Nora's (America's First Organic Restaurant) which offers 1 drink per person (from a selection of beer and wines) and assorted passed appetizers. $399. 

 

The Dinner. The Food Tank Summit dinner will include a 3-course plated dinner prepared by Restaurant Nora's (America's First Organic Restaurant) founder Nora Pouillon. The Dinner ticket also includes entry to the reception at Restaurant Nora's which offers 1 drink per person (from a selection of beer and wines) and assorted passed appetizers. We will also be announcing some incredible guest speakers. $199.

 

The Reception Only. The event is being hosted by Restaurant Nora's (America's First Organic Restaurant). The reception will include 1 drink per person (from a selection of beer and wines) and assorted passed appetizers. $49.
