Treasures Old and New

Join us for a special behind-the-scenes exclusive visit with rare and unique items personally selected by staff from the Booth Family Center for Special Collections. This narrated tour of some of the library's collection will span centuries and include material from the University Archives, and the Art, Manuscripts, and Rare Books Units. This is your opportunity to engage and interact with some of the treasures found in Special Collections and to meet Keith Gorman, the new Director of the Booth Family Center for Special Collections. The program will begin at 5:30 pm on October 30 on the 5th floor of Georgetown University’s Lauinger Library and will be followed by a reception. Visit EventBrite or send an e-mail to sh1067@georgetown.edu to secure your free ticket.
